Because our products are custom-prepared, opened, and handled for individual orders, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been shipped. 🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect order, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review and do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

🔹 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting USPS (or your local postal service) directly to file a claim or inquiry.
